The transition from one season to the next can bring a special twist or mood to an already spectacular natural scenery. Such was the case when I casually visited Dorwin Falls park in Rawdon, Quebec - about an hour's drive north from Montreal. Surprised as I was of how the landscape looked around this popular waterfall, I had to scramble and figure out how to capture this scene without my camera (which I'd forgotten at home). No problem - with my smartphone, a Samsung Galaxy S7, I took 8 overlapping pics in a 2×4 grid which I stitched together later in the edit for a vertical pano. Worked in Photoshop CC.
