Behind The Lens

Location

This was in the first "Studio3" at Newton Aycliffe.

Time

This was later afternoon after a long session with the model who arived with her mum. She took advice from her mum to become more confident for the camera.

Lighting

Standard twin strobe lights at 45 degrees from each other.

Equipment

Canon 50d, hand held with wired trigger.

Inspiration

The total inspiration for this image came from what I was seeing through the viewfinder. This model was so photogenic and gave me the urge to get more from her.

Editing

Apart from a couple of pimples the only editing to this image was a closer crop and making monochrome.

In my camera bag

Canon 5Dsr, 5D II, 2 twinned flash units, 50mm 2.8 fixed, 85mm 1.2, 24-70mm 2.4, expansion tubes, mini ring flash, spare batteries, memory cards, remote release, wired remote, shoulder straps and tripod, laptop.
