Location
This photo was taken at Seixal bay area, near Lisbon, Portugal. There are lots of remains related to out of buisiness fishing companies from mid XX century.Time
I´ve tried to capture the end of day but I had to way a few hours to sunset time.Lighting
Some clouds appeared at the horizon and the light started to dim. My photo became a bit dark...Equipment

At that time I was starting to get some long exposure photos and this was one of the very first ones. I was looking for a minimalist composition.Editing

Well, it takes a lot of patience to shoot long exposure photos. You must evaluate the water movement to choose the shutter speed. I guess you have to shoot a lot with different shutter speeds so you can find what suits you.
