Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken at Sea World in San Antonio, Tx while on a family vacation.

Time

It was taken around 6pm in an open seated area.

Lighting

I used the lighting that the show provided since I was there as a visitor. It was decently lit.

Equipment

I used a Canon 80D with a Canon EF-S 18-135mm Lens. I had it on High Speed Shutter (7 FPS) with Natural Lighting.

Inspiration

I’m always inspired to go shoot anything and everything from still to fast motion objects. Going to Sea World was a great experience to capture great sea life. I love all types of life.

Editing

I did increase the exposure a bit and crop a little off the original. Other than that, nothing more was done to it.

In my camera bag

I always have my 80D with the 18-135mm attached wherever I go.

Feedback

I have always told myself that if you don’t try, you will never achieve what you want in life and this is the case. I felt that I would not be able to take amazing shots before and that prevented me from taking any at all until I just gave it a go one day and that’s what gave me more confidence to do better and never give up no matter what anyone tells you. Do it for yourself and eventually, people will love your work. Just make sure that you love your work first.
