I was out looking for Snow Geese. When I saw a bunch of Snow Geese take off at once, I knew there was either a hawk or an eagle close by. Sure enough, as we drove down the road, there he was, bold and magnificent, sitting atop the tree along the road. We turned around, parked the car, and he gave me a wonderful opportunity to take these photos.
