Chico, Ca. has the 3rd largest city park in the country, Bidwell Park...named after John and Annie Bidwell who founded Chico. It is incredibly gorgeous right now with all the fall colors. I took this picture from under the Hwy 99, as a walker was about to walk into the colorful park.
