Location
This photo was taken in Gangtok, Sikkim, India. Since I love to portray natural scenes and reactions, this mountain was just visible through the branches of some tree which made a good foreground.Time
It was just after 1 PM, the sun was changing position. Luckily, I was at the right spot at the right time when I captured the mountain in bright light.Lighting
Since this shot was not pre-planned, I had to adjust with the sun and since, Sikkim is a cold state, I captured the shot exactly when the half sun was covered by a cloud which gave it a chilled blue feel with sun reflecting on the white snow.Equipment
This was shot with a Canon 700D with a 55-250 mm telephoto lens. No other equipment was involved.Inspiration
When I reached my hotel in Sikkim, my room had this beautiful Mountain View, and it left me in awe. That was the time I decided I need to frame this, but I couldn't take a good picture from my room, so I traveled a little and just found the right spot to click it.Editing
There is not much editing on this since I try to keep it on the lower side. I used Adobe Lightroom and added a bit of exposure with saturation and much other light correction. In my camera bag
I have my complete set of canon kits which includes 18-55 mm and 55-250mm lenses. I also carry my GoPro Hero 7 and 5 for vlogging or just to record some beautiful scenes and memories.Feedback
My advice to other photographers is that just click what amazes you. Have fun in photography. Enjoy it and that's when you will find angles, perception, and with that some beautiful award-winning photos. Always keep on learning new things and be consistent surely you will rise up.
