Location
This photo was taken in my side yard. We live next to a lake and we have an abundance of wildlife that share the land we live on. This Bluebird pair were deciding between this birdhouse or a nestbox on the other side of my yard. Spoiler alert: they didn't choose this one!Time
It was around 10:30am in the morningLighting
It was a nice bright sunny day. I used the natural light nature provided me.Equipment
I used my Canon Rebel T6 with my 300mm lens. I do not usually use a tripod, but I did for these photos and it really helped capture some great shots!Inspiration
I love all birds but especially enjoy the Bluebirds. They were spending a large amount of time at this birdhouse which allowed me to get several awesome shots of their behaviors.Editing
I prefer photos that are as close to natural as possible. I do not use any fancy editing softwares. I believe the only change I made was cropping to get a closer look.In my camera bag
I have my Canon Rebel T6. Up until recently, the longest lens I had was 300mm. I recently upgraded to a Sigma 600mm lens and don't go anywhere without it.Feedback
