Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in Alhambra, Granada. I went there in my trip to Andaluzia.

Time

It was about 12:00pm or so.

Lighting

It was a very sunny day. However, as this photo was taken inside of a Tower, you can notice a difference of lighting from the outer part of the photo to the center of it, which is part of the beauty of it.

Equipment

An iPhone 7 with no flash.

Inspiration

As I was descending some stairs in a tower, I noticed this little window. The view was quite interesting as it caught part of the building and also that maze-like structure so I took a photo of it!

Editing

I may have adjusted the contrast and lightning a little bit but nothing more.

In my camera bag

I just carry my phone. As boring as that may seem, I’m an amateur and I don’t have the equipment to take more professional photographs.

Feedback

You definitely have to keep a vigilant eye in order to photograph beautiful scenes that are sometimes not very obvious. This window was quite small and no one really noticed it because the place where it was located, were some busy stairs in a tower!
