Location

Most of January 2020 was spent in Venice CA. I hopped on my borrowed bike to the ocean almost every day. Many nights the world presented a beautiful vista. Many times with far off sailing ships.

Time

It’s fairly obvious that it’s sunset. ????

It’s called MAGIC HOUR. The 1/2 hour before and after sunset. God’s lighting.
