Behind The Lens

Location

The photo is taken of a Catholic church in Cambridge on my phone camera

Time

The photo was taken at 2pm on the way to work I noticed how good the church spire looked in light and took the photo

Lighting

I loved how the light was defuseing through the clouds. So I set my phone to manual so I Chould control the exposure and not overexpose the sky

Equipment

This was shot on my motto rola g7 power as it was the only camera available. "the best camera is the one you have with you"

Inspiration

I've seen a lot of architecture photography here on veiw bug and thought I whould give it a shot

Editing

I used Photoshop expres makeing changes to clarity dehazeing and a spilt tone slightly yellow

In my camera bag

Normally I have a canon D1200 with my new 70-200mm f2.8 is 2 and a 17-35mm f2.8 with two flash guns should I need them. I mostly shoot in theatre and films so iam often not allowed to use flash so have taught myself to take pictures without one

Feedback

Just give it a shot take a walk locally and see what takes your interest.
