The glass facade of the Thorncrown Chapel can be seen through the Ozark's forest of trees just outside of Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Designed by architect E. Fay Jones, an apprentice to Frank Lloyd Wright, he creates a space to complement the surroundings with this beautiful chapel that reaches up like one of the surrounding trees to forty-eight feet in the air. Not to take away from the splendor of the location, the chapel has 425 windows to enjoy the surroundings.
