Here is a photo underneath the Pier at Manhattan Beach. I went under the pier because it was peaceful. However I could see the silhouette of a surfer walking on the beach. I saw this solitary figure with the beautiful ocean backdrop enjoying his leisure activity of surfing. It lets me know that sometimes one needs to get away from our regular life to pursue an activity that has a special place in our heart. It is good to step away from the world once in a while.
