Behind The Lens

Location

This was taken at the flower market in Malaga where they sell an amazing array of blooms

Time

I was out taking shots of street art when I wandered by the flower market. It was around 3pm but the market was fairly quiet so I was able to get up close and take this shot.

Lighting

The natural light was perfect so I didn't need any additional lighting to capture the vivid colours

Equipment

Shot using a Canon EOS 1100D with an 50-250mm lens, no tripod or flash, F8, ISO100

Inspiration

Just the sheer variety of colours but these pink flowers really caught my attention

In my camera bag

I always carry a good selection of lenses, spare battery, flash and cleaning equipment

Feedback

Getting everything in focus is key to getting good results but don't be afraid to take several shots and change your settings each time to see which one works best for you
