Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken while walking in the woods local to me. In the woods is the ruins of an old stone circle, it is also famous for fossils finds.

Time

This would have been taken early on a Sunday morning. My favourite time to go out and enjoy the peace.

Lighting

I liked how the light bounces off the spiders web. How big it is because it hasn’t been disturbed by anyone or anything. I liked the idea of it being like a target or bullseye in the middle of the picture.

Equipment

No equipment -just a phone ????

Inspiration

I love walking out that way, it’s an old forest and has an almost spooky vibe. The mysterious spider encapsulated that feeling for me.

Just a phone handy. Very lucky to live in an area where the light is good.
