Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo in front of our shop in Colorado. This was my husband's baby she is a 1963 Ford. Say hello to miss Loretta Lynn

Time

We had been working on cars all morning, I brought my camera out to get some random photo's, middle of the day covered in grease and I started taking shots. Loretta was just saying hello and I took many shots of her that day.

Lighting

This car is rusted antique and the sun was hitting her just right in this photo.

Equipment

This photo was shot on a Canon T6i

Inspiration

Loretta Lynn was up for sale, she was driven home from the mountains of Rifle Colorado. She had been through so much and was finally running after a lot of love and hard work. I had to have photos of her before she was sent to her new home.

Editing

This was not processed, it is a raw photo right off of my camera

In my camera bag

My bag always has my 18-55 lens my 75-300 lens and my 15-39 lens for my canon T6i. I usually leave my tripod in the car you just never know when you will need it.

Feedback

Angle is always key with cars. You sometimes have to get down in the dirt for that perfect shot.
