August,27, after the allowed peaceful protest meeting (though the Russian Constitution part 31 doesn't demand any permission from authorities) some participants decided to go to the President's Administration to demand for independent (not the ruling party's) candidates to be let take part in Moscow municipal election. The Moscow city authorities sent riot police to beat and arrest the demonstrators...Time
