I took this photo in the High Uintas Wilderness in northern Utah,USA.Time
It was early morning right before the sun came over the mountains.Lighting
The lighting was not the best I had to be a light higher on my ISO then I like. The big canyons and mountains add to lighting struggles in this area to.Equipment
I use a canon 7D with a 100-400mm canon lens and a small tripod.Inspiration
There is not a large population of moose in Utah so I knew when I seen this bull I had to get some photos.Editing
I did very light post processing on this photo. I would rather spend the time out in the field.In my camera bag
I carry as little as possible when in the wilderness. Just a wide angle lens and my 100-400mm lens.Feedback
Get out and explore new areas. I always find doming you need to get shots up.
