It was taken in the afternoon but basically you can catch these beautiful creatures all day long as long as the sun is out and the temperature is not too low.Lighting

These tiny creatures are so beautiful to see and at the same time they are as quick as mercury. They fly around, hardly sit still. So for me it was a challenge to find one above the water on just a bit of grass that was leaning over.Editing
