Beautiful, it's like the flowers are popping out of the photo.

Thanks @joviaal.for taking time to comment and view my photos. It does look like artificial doesn't it? I wait for these flowers every year to show up. There are not many but they are in the same spot and great to capture.

Behind The Lens

Location

This was taken at the edge of my horse back riding ring. I spot these treasures from the back of my horse as I ride past and often forget to go back to take a picture before they have wilted. In this case I was able to time it well. I am an amateur hobbyist and just love the beautiful captures that the lens can provide.

Time

Just taken in early afternoon after riding my horse because I finally remembered that I should capture before the flowers disappeared for the season again.

Lighting

Regular daylight.

Equipment

Shot with my cell phone camera (Huawei P20 -- with the Leica)

Inspiration

The inspiration was the beautiful colours of the flower against the dull green of the foliage.

Editing

No post, just straight out of the camera.

In my camera bag

I don't usually have anything except for my phone when I go down to work with the horses.

Feedback

Just capture the moment to have no regrets. Remember to go back to take a picture.
