I am certainly not the first person to take photographs of this islet in Whytecliff Park, West Vancouver. Its situation and access make it a prime location for photography. Plus the park is just plain beautiful. Whytecliff Park opened in 1909 and is home to more than 200 marine animal species. The park was one of the first Marine Protected Areas in Canada.
