Behind The Lens

Location

I took this image on a hot summer afternoon, the sun was high and bright in the sky. We brought the chair with us for this shoot, put it by Grouse Creek after finding the perfect shading. I got her posed and took this shot.

Time

It was right around high noon.

Lighting

The sun was so bright that day, I had to work with the trees and find the prefect shade, and it was still really bright.

Equipment

I had my Cannon Rebel T6, and a flash that wasn't used, a chair and the model.

Inspiration

We where doing my daughters senior photos, she wanted outdoors so we went hiking, and got this photo and more that day. we laughed as the girls walked posed, and then would just be goofy.

Editing

I think I sharpened it, did a bit of touching up, but not much. It was all done in Lightroom. I more of just added a little pop with color too.

In my camera bag

I had my camera, the kit lens, cleaning stuff, batteries, charging stuff.

Feedback

Keep trying, sometimes the light won't work with you so get creative.
