Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken on my deck .Humming bird feeder is just out of the frame

Time

Image taken in the afternoon

Lighting

All natural lighting , no flash

Equipment

Nikon D7000 w/ Nikon 80-400

Inspiration

I would watch these birds flit in and out all day and I know if I was patient I could catch that one split second they are perfectly still

Editing

Processed in Lightroom version 6. Cropping, shadow slider and removal of some dust spots

In my camera bag

Ive moved up from the Nikon D7100 and now carry a D500 with a Tamron 150-600. I love the 6 fps of the D500 and the buffer capacity

Feedback
