Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken from a Aeroplane at about 500 ft i was on a 6hr flight over the flinders ranges in South Australia, which took in Lake Eyre, lake Torrens and of course the rugged flinders ranges

Time

We had booked a 6hr Scenic flight from Wilpena Pound in the flinders Ranges the flight took in some spectacular views of Wilpena and the ranges, flying north along the spine of the Flinders Ranges over Leigh Creek coal mine to Lake Eyre and William Creek for Lunch, Returning via the Painted Desert in Coober Pedy, Lake Torrens back to Wilpena Pound it was a fantastic experience well worth it This photo was taken May 18th 2019 at about 9.30am

Lighting

lighting on this shot was very difficult because of the windows in the plane

Equipment

This shot was taken with an Nikon D7200 with a Sigma 18-250 lens no other equipment used

Inspiration

Didn't take much inspiring to capture this image and the many others i took . It was just awesome once your in the air and viewing what mother nature has to offer.

Editing

the only process i used was with light room

In my camera bag

Equipment that i carry in my bag is Nikon D7200 Sigma 18-250 lens, Tonika 11-16 mm lens,Nikon 70-300 mm lens spare battery and charger, plus my siri tripod

Feedback

my advice to any photographer is never pass an opportunity and you will always fined that perfect shot
