I used my Samsung S8 for this photo. I really love the camera quality on my phone, and I also don't have very much experience with our Canon cameras, so I haven't used them a lot. I take all my pictures on my phone.Inspiration
Houston is a huge city and I really love the buildings and modern architecture, so as I was walking, I just flipped the camera to selfie mode, and snapped a picture with my screen facing the sky!Editing

Not specific to this photo, but I think you should explore the different types of settings on your camera, whether it is your phone or a digital camera. Practice at home with objects around you and explore the techniques, modes, features, etc. and you may be able to create great compositions!
