It was taken at a hotel I stayed in Turkey last year, it was one of those that you don't expect, not got your Camera so get out the phone and took this.Time
It was taken around 3pm as I was walking around the grounds of the Hotel and this bush was at a doorway into another part of the grounds, it was the little bit of red peering through the purple that caught my eye.Lighting
No sorry nothing exciting about the light it was a nice sunny day although this bush was in a shaded part I think that is what made the flowers so colourful.Equipment
Nothing exciting just my old I Phone 8 , sometimes phones don't get enough credit for what kind of photos you can get with a little bit of imagination.Inspiration
I am always looking around when out and about and when I passed by this huge plant with all these purple flowers it was the little red one's in the middle that caught my eye and thought it looked unusual.Editing
Not a lot of processing just a bit of cropping and a few minor adjustments as I had liked the photo as it was originally taken.In my camera bag
I have a Nikon D7200 with Standard lens and another macro lens , tripod , flash gun and a set of binoculars.Feedback
The only advice I could give is if you are out looking for something that does not need to be taken fast like a motor sport for example I like to take a bit of time and look closely at what I am wanting to take, look at what can be the best angle, what is the nicest flower whether in a bunch or on a plant but just looking around you all the time you never know you might see something that catches your eye and get that photo you are pleased with.
