I thought that place looked familiar. I lived there close to 20 years.

I've been here since 1989. Downtown hasn't changed much, except where some of the blight was fixed in the early 1990s. City hall was completed in 1994 and, for us who love theater, the Orpheum Theatre (right next to city hall) was restored instead of being torn down. Wonderful decision, as it is one of the most beautiful around. My gallery has a few photos of it. Thanks for your interest.
