Location
My photo was taken on a fall day, with the sun setting. After a doctors appt where I was told the meds I am on are working. I’m not in “remission “ per say, but I am living with cancer. Hopefully for another 20 years. I am stage IV breast cancer that Metastasized to my bones. I was pregnant and the estrogen my body produces caused the cancer to show itself. I had no choice but to terminate. Some of my spinal column collapsed and I couldn’t walk for a month, then rehab another month then home where I needed a wheelchair then I had a walker. Now I am 4 inches shorter, I have an arch in my back. But I am alive! Thanks to my miracle baby. Had I not gotten pregnant, I don’t know what would have happened. Maybe it would have been too late When they finally found it? So this is me... saying #FuckCancer. Thank you for reading and liking my photo.Time
