Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in Redding California. In my backyard where I had many hummingbird feeders.

Time

This was shot in the middle of the day after putting out fresh juice.

Lighting

California is always sunny.

Equipment

I shoot with a Nikon D850 and the Nikon 200-500mm lens.

Inspiration

Hummingbirds are my most favorite bird. Any opportunity to photograph these amazing creatures I’ll take.

Editing

I usually do a little saturation or contrast adjustments.

In my camera bag

I keep different lenses and a flash. Definitely extra batteries and SD cards.
