Location

This photo was taken at Utah Lake, near the Lincoln Beach Harbor.

Time

I took this photo around 7pm, as the sun was setting on the west. The photo shows the sky to the east.

Lighting

The sun setting in the west illuminating the clouds in the east made for a beautiful sky.

Equipment

I took this photo with a Samsung S21 phone. I have always been impressed at the shots I have been able to get with Samsung phones.

Inspiration

Some friends and I were out enjoying some fresh air and we were blessed with a beautiful sky.

Editing

Very little post editing on this photo. I felt it came out beautiful and did not need much more than a crop.

In my camera bag

I am not a professional, and I don't always carry my Cannon. I do however keep my Samsung phone handy. I've been impressed with the quality of photos I can get with something so small.

Feedback

It's been my experience that capturing a photo like this is luck. My eyes are always open to my surroundings and I try to capture them in a way that is unique and pleasing to my eye.
