Taken at Badlands National Park. The storm clouds gathered fast and furious and the tourists fled, leaving the landscape empty and other-worldly. In the distance, there was lighting, and beyond that, the sun setting. Amazing experience. Like being on a different planet altogether. (And we made it to the car before the rains came tumbling down. :) )
