After 6 weeks of research on weather, super bloom locations and historical postings, I picked April 1st to 4th 2019 for the best time to photograph the Super Bloom at Carrizo Plain National Monument and it was decidedly a good choice. Remote enough to limit the crowds and rugged enough to capture true natures beauty unfold.
