Location
I took this photo whilst exploring the back lanes of Limerick in IrelandTime
It was taken mid to late afternoon on a deliciously gloomy day.Lighting
Personally, I love gloom. I love the pearly sheen it casts over everything. There is something serene about greyness.Equipment
This photo was taken on a very inexpensive Samsung camera.Inspiration
I was inspired by the emptiness and silence of the lane. The subjects were silent. Each lost in their own thoughts. There was no white noise, or daily chatter.Editing
Unfortunately I am not experienced enough to have post processing knowledge. In my camera bag
I am quite an inexperienced photographer, so usually just have in my bag a camera and spare batteriesFeedback
My advice would be to photograph what moves you emotionally. If you have an emotional connection, there is a real chance you can capture it for posterity.
