Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo in a local dance studio not far from my house.

Time

It was taken at around 6pm as I was inspired after seeing these dancers and wanted to photograph them

Lighting

I wanted the image to look dark with just a dancer and no scene so it was taken with a black backdrop and a lamp on the right side to partially light her.

Equipment

I used the canon power shot, I didn’t use the flash as it drained out the light.

Inspiration

I had been at a dance studio all day and wanted to capture the beauty and passion of these dancers.

Editing

I usually use adobe lightroom before posting any photos to make sure they are of a decent quality.

In my camera bag

I usually just carry me canon powershot and a tripod on me everyday

Feedback

I always try to use a tripod when possible so it is more stable and use a decent editing software so you can make it even more unique.
