Behind The Lens

Location

This was taken late at night after travelling up from Yorkshire to Alnwick in Northumberland, it is is the street I grew up on.

Time

It was taken late at night during winter

Lighting

The lonely street light cast some interesting shapes which made the shot more dramatic

Equipment

Just a hand held Mate20 pro smartphone

Inspiration

As mom is very elderly I guess I was wondering how long I could call this street home and also remembering all the cherished. memories growing up there.

Editing

I tidied it a bit on Light room, apart from that I left the image alone.

In my camera bag

I'm just a smartphone amateur photographer but I sometimes carry a tripod when I know I'm going to be taking photos, this image was more or less spur of the moment.

Feedback

If in doubt, get your camera out! If you hate the photo you can always erase it but you can't keep those you wish you'd taken.
