Behind The Lens

Location

The picture was taken in Tokyo.

Time

It was the end of the day, around 5 pm.

Lighting

Only natural light as it was sunset, I felt like it will give a more realistic look to a picture, with a bit of saturation for dramatic effects

Equipment

For this picture, I used the Canon 650d with a 50mm lens and a Monopod.

Inspiration

In the middle of a crowd of people taking pictures, this monk was standing their, smiling in complete peace.

Editing

The post-processing done was mainly via Lightroom by increasing the saturation to add more drama to the picture

In my camera bag

I always have one prime lens and a zoom lens, plus some lights, a monopod along some ND filters for some daylight long exposures.

Feedback

Japan is filled with wonders and you need to explore narrow streets to find uncharted places for amazing pictures.
