Location
Photo taken during a walk through the Heroic Cities Park in Saint-PetersburgTime
We went for a relaxing walk with my wife, who was happy about her new purchase of a Louis Vuitton backpack (partially seen on the photo). Park was full of snow, but the weather was sunny, so we had a lot of light coming everywhere from. I truly consider most of the success from this picture comes to my wife's taste of clothes choice)Lighting

Sony A77II paired with my freshly purchased (at that moment) Tamron 70-200/2.8 USD, handheldInspiration
I captured my wife on this alley earlier during Autumn season, so it was obvious to try another shot during winterEditing
I usually process RAW files by pushing some highlights and shadows, I try to fill the histogram during this process, but that's allIn my camera bag
I used to carry a pair of 2.8 zooms and a 2.0 prime during my APS-C period, but now, as I went to A7RII I am carrying a single 50 mm prime with meFeedback
When I went for using 2.8 telephoto zoom, I considered it to be a good tool to shoot close ups, birds, animals. Using it for a while I realized that it's almost perfect universal tool to capture portraits - large aperture and telephoto range offers great background rendering and Tamron A009 is just enough sharp lens for this kind of job
