I was nearing Central Park, heading up 7th Ave, magic morning light and clouds...looking up and hoping not to walk into fellow pedestrians! To the left is the amazing One 57 Tower and in the forefront is Carnegie Hall. I think the dark heavy lines of the old hall contrast wonderfully with the slender modern towers, totally dwarfing the old building. NYC architecture is crazy and wild, more towers, more floors...like a competition to reach the clouds!
