With the sun struggling to force itself from behind the lights, you had to be patient enough to capture the sun rays glistening off of the mist.Equipment
I used my Sony A9 with a Sony FE 24-240mm.Inspiration
I was looking for a scene that made me say, "Aaaaaawwwwwww!!!!" Mother Nature was kind to me to where she allowed the sun to shine just right for me to actually see the river, a lite mist with the sun light glistening off of it and the vegetation.Editing
Due to the clouds, it was somewhat dark so I lightening up for a nice morning dew look.In my camera bag
On any an all safaris, I mostly have my 90mm Marco to capture beautiful flowers and butterflies, 24-240mm and 100-400mm to photo the animals up close and far along with my 2x teleconverter and tripod.Feedback
My only advice I can give which my mentor, Walter Bartlett who passed away last week, has told me so many times, be open for the unexpected. Allow yourself to be surprised to where you are not so focus on one thing just to miss that one awesome moment.
