While exploring new places I thought the woodlands would give me the more interesting shots I have been in search of. Usually woodlands are very quiet with not alot of life especially in daylight hours. To my surprise I came across a man making himself at home in the woods with nothing more than a rucksack pen paper lighter and a jacket. As he was tending to his fire I saw my chance to get the shot I have been looking for . Surprisingly the man didn't seem to mind being photographed band a conversation soon followed. He was very polite well read and well travelled. He preferred a simple life being one with nature and not having the stress of everyday life. He didn't buy into a world with TV internet or material items. As I left I couldn't help but think we could all take a leaf out of his book.
