What a dainty-looking creature with it’s yellow feet. It uses those toes as a lure when ‘fishing’ They look like worms under the water and when he wriggles them, fish think it’s a worm , swim closer to investigate and wham! . Grub’s up. Nature is very clever. Where is that Peninsular you take your bird photos?

They are amazing birds to watch. This area is located east of Galveston. Free ferry from Galveston to Bolivar. Several great places on Bolivar Peninsula.
