Location
I took this photo while crossing the “New” Little Bay Bridge (right next to the old one, now deemed unsafe for even pedestrians and fishermen) in Dover, NH. Interesting fact, under this bridge is the Piscatiqua River, which has one of the strongest currents in the United States.Time
The picture was taken as I got out of work in my commute home. The tornado warnings were blaring from the car stereo. A rare event to say the least for New Hampshire.Lighting
Just before sunset, if only the tornado warning had waited just a little while longer I’m sure the colors would have really come to life.Equipment
Trusty iPhone was all I had on me for this oneInspiration

I usually only carry my iPhone unless I have my Powershot with me for long distance shots.Feedback
I usually start my weeks going over the Storm Prediction Centers website for upcoming weather. It’s a rare event in New England to get severe weather worth writing home about. It’s even more rare to get one like this one, where the storm isn’t just a soaking rain and wind event preventing you from taking any pictures.
