Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was made in Macau.

Time

I used the soft light from early morning.

Lighting

I like early morning light because it is warm. The sky was cloudy, which, in this case, helped to diffuse the light.

Equipment

I used the Canon 5d Mark III with a zoom lens to difuse the background. The data of this photo is: F6.3, 1/160, 300mm and Iso 200.

Inspiration

I love Macau: the History, the people, the old streets, the parks, so I tried to reflect this love in this image.

Editing

In this case, I used Lightroom just to draw more attention on the flower and diffuse the background, but always maintaining the soft lightning.

In my camera bag

For a normal day: Canon 5d Mark III and a lens according to the objective for that day (a 35mm lens, a zoom 24-105mm or 27-300mm) and for traveling the lighter Sony Alpha 7R with a zoom 24-70mm.

Feedback

The techique is always important, but, above all, I put my "heart" in each photo.
