I was on assignment recording surround sound for a documentary and was in a blind all day. I take my camera everywhere and as i was recording sound throughout the day I was also shooting photos of the flamingos.Editing
What you see is what you get, I may have pushed the saturation just a little. I normally don't do much post on the photos I take. I like to try and show what I see and how I see it.In my camera bag
Nikon D300 with zoom lens, or a Mavic 2 droneFeedback
You have to be in a blind or they will become very upset by seeing you. I was in the blind long before the sun came up and after it went down. Makes for a long day being in one spot all day. This time of year there is not a lot of rain but you should be ready to have a downpour come from nowhere. Most importantly you need to have all permits and documents ready to show and be escorted by the government police. These birds are well protected and are hugh fines if disturbed.
