Behind The Lens

Location

This photograph was taken in the seatingroom nephew Kevin Kouchica who lives Cotonou in Republic du Benin when I went for a visit....

Time

Hmmmmm.... All I can say is that it was afternoon but I can't remember the asual time, she is a model who have been in mind for over years to have a photo shoot session with her and that opportunity came at that faithfull day and I didn't miss it.

Lighting

About the lighting was deliberate attempt because of a photograph I have seen many years back in a magazine shot by joe McNally Nikon Ambassador so because of the way I feel in love with his black and white picture I decided to shoot same and that what was able to create.

Equipment

I shot the Photograph with Nikon D5300 camera and the Lens on the camera I think it was 18-105mm Lens (Nikon)

Inspiration

Like I said I got inspired by black and white picture I saw created by Jeo McNally.

Editing

Yes, I shot the Photograph in raw format and in colour before I converted It to black and white during Post-processing, I use Photoshop Cs6 sometimes and to convert the images use Lightroom 5.

In my camera bag

Nikon D5300 with 35mm Yongno and Sigma 70-300

Feedback

My advice to anyone who will like to capture something similar should be ready to paint what he or she pictured in mind.
