Taken when visiting a family during a livelihood bike tour through Battambang, Cambodia.

The family may produce up to 2000 rice paper sheets per day. Starting at 3am to lay the dried sheets on dewy grass to soften them for packing, before spending the rest of the day hunched over the boiling water.

I wanted to capture the how their lives revolve around rice paper, abstracting away all but the circular sheets.
