Omar, one of the White Tigers in Singapore Zoo, pounces on his lunch time piece of meat. In 2008, Omar, along with two white tigresses - Jippie and Winnie, attacked and snapped the neck of a cleaner in full view of 200+ visitors. The courts ruled that he was just acting out of his natural instincts. Killer or not, the white tiger is a magnificent creature and quite rare. IT was pouring down like crazy the day we visited the zoo, and I had to stand for almost 20 minutes in the pouring rain to get this shot. And you know what, it paid of. Probably my best shot of 2013
