This was taken at Milakokia lake near Gould City, Michigan. The sunset was already spectacular and the lake was so still and reflective as you see in the photo. All I did to the photo was, heighten the colors ever so slight and soften the tones. The sunset reflected through clouds onto the lake.Time
The time of day was twilight, as if the hour chose "this moment" to flirt with my camera. I was in awe, the lake was crisp, still and clear. It was a seduction of the passing day into night. Loons were call out in the distance and all I could think about was I wanted to skate on the water. I will never forget this moment.Lighting
