This photo was taken in my home, it is our pet Sinai Agama called Squishy. I was practising with my recently acquire macro lens.Time
It was taken in the afternoon, I opened the vivarium and got as close as I could with my new lens.Lighting
Just the vivariums lighting, basking lamp and a fluorescent tube, as well as the daylight coming through the window.Equipment
My camera at the time was a Canon EOS 750D, with a Canon Macro lens EF 100 f/2.8. A tripod was the only other piece of equipment I used.Inspiration
I was just practising at the time with my recently acquired lens and Squishy seemed an obvious choice of model.Editing
Very basic post-processing as it was new to me.In my camera bag
In my bag I have a Canon EOS 6D Mk 2. Lens are : EF 400mm f/5.6 L. EF 100mm f/2.8 L. EF 24-105mm f/4 L. and my phone camera.Feedback
Even when playing with a new toy it is possible to get a surprising result.
