It was a perfect day for enjoying the Louisiana weather. Our area doesn’t always have a traditional fall but today was perfect. The sunlight hit the trees and I could see the beautiful reflection in the water.Equipment
I used my old iPhone 5 to take the shot. I didn’t have any other equipment.Inspiration
I love our area. Not everyone is familiar with a bayou and I wanted to share its beauty with the community. In my mind’s eye I could “see” the shot and the actual photo didn’t disappoint.Editing

Louisiana is so different and trying to capture something along the bayou is no exception. Sometimes the water is muddy or has duck weed but sometimes...it’s a beautiful color. Add the colors of fall, the light from the sun, and viola! The perfect picture!
